Pantyman to Dominicans: you are ignorant people

At left: Donald "Pantyman" Peters cavorting with a student

Donald "Pantyman" Peters, president of the Dominica State College, in his address to graduates at the State College on Wednesday is on record of accusing Dominicans of being ignorant and bereft of knowledge. This is the same Donald Peters who cavorts with his students, drinking alcohol and participates in pajama parties.

Are you serious sir? You sit at the top of an institution were grades and scholarships are traded for sexual favours. Are you ignorant of that? Or are you a participant, lest your inclination to pretend that this does not exist? Anywhere else in this world, behavior exhibited by you would be sufficient grounds for dismissal, but this is Dominica. The people who protect you are the ones who endorse your behavior, so we do not expect action against you. However, we take offense at your attempt to belittle us and we are going to be paying closer attention to you and your proclivities.

We are sending a call out to all present and past students of the Dominica State College who have attended the institution since Dr. Peters has been at the helm. If you have any photographic or printed evidence of bad behavior by Dr. Peters or any member of his staff, whether at the college or elsewhere, we need you to send it to us.

  3. In this 21st century it should be easy to get a quote of what was said so that it can be placed in the proper context.
