SKERRIT TON TON MAKOUT HARASSING ROSS UNIVERSITY JUST TO HASTEN ELECTION GIMMICK

As election draws near Skerrit and the Dominica Labor Party are desperate, brazen and ruthless. We have been informed that Skerrit and the Labor Party government have given Ross University the end of the month to get out of the properties at the Ross campus. What we have noticed over the past few days is that the Ross employees (Skeletal Staff) have been actively transferring items from the buildings that are supposedly on the leased land to the buildings that are deemed on land owned by Ross University.

It appears that the Ross University is not moving fast enough and so it is being reported that the government has been ordering high handed action against Ross University. We understand that utilities have been deliberately cut and employees are forced to stay home and do whatever they can using the internet at home. We also understand that today the police was dispatched to the Ross Campus.

What we know at this point is that Skerrit and the DLP are desperate to do a ground breaking ceremony at the campus as they intend to announce that another University is coming to occupy the Ross campus. It is all in keeping with their election gimmick as they cannot bank on geothermal or the international airport punching bag. Our information indicates that the government intend to announce that some University out of Asia will be moving in. Unconfirmed report suggest that the university is out of Malaysia now operating with just over a hundred students.

A few weeks ago there was much talk about 4 or 5 entities were interested in the Ross University campus. One of the supposed interested party was really an Indian guy who came to Dominica , registered a business and then he was declared an interested party.

We are also aware of the fact that a number of Ross former employees and strong supporter of the Dominica Labor Party have received upwards of $15,000 since they were released. MiTC is following the details and will provide an update. In the interim remain focused on Ross University. AS TONY AND VOLNEY BABBLE SKERRIT AND DANIEL CARBON CONCEAL THEIR CONFRONTATION WITH US MILITARY AT DOUGLAS CHARLES

US Military Evacuation On Dominica

In a desperate attempt to cover-up the failure of the Roosevelt Skerrit administration in the ROSSIT (Ross Exit) matter, Skerrit’s spinners like Assad Wanna be Tony Astaphan, Washed up Herbert Volney, Politically Exposed Vince Henderson and Dark and Lovely Clarence Christian have been incessantly trying to divert culpability away from the failures of PM Roosevelt Skerrit and his administration. While the above noted spin characters have strategically directed the ROSSIT blame towards PM of Barbados Mia Motley, it is mind boggling that for several days PM Skerrit had allowed these reprehensible spinners and apologists to denigrate his trusted friend in PM Mia Mottley. Is that a sign that Skerrit is not in control, the DLP administration is fractioned and the inmates are now running the asylum?

The first frantic and diabolic attempt at misdirected culpability came when Reginald Austrie erroneously stated that Lennox Linton provided the Ross University directors with 51 reasons why the Ross institution should be extracted from Dominica. A few hours after Reginald Austrie made a mockery of himself, the embattled PM Skerrit clearly demonstrated that Austrie with his spurious accusations was not part of his blaming plans, so in his address to the nation he blamed the Ross departure on Tropical Storm Erika and Hurricane Maria- No reference to Reginald Austire’s “pawol sort and parlais enitil”

Among the many lame excuses for Skerrit’s catastrophic failure(s), the Tony Astaphan and Herbert Volney led assault against Mia Mottley’s seem most idiotic and is bereft reasoning-just simply asinine particularly coming from two legal professionals. How do Tony and Volney explain that after just two months in office, a “Novice” in PM Mia Motley was able to snatch away 1/3 of Dominica's economy from beneath the hold of the 18 year veteran and supposed visionary leader PM Skerrit? Beyond the spinners malarkey is the rationale that PM Mia Mottley should instead be complimented for stepping up to the plate for Barbados while PM Skerrit was failing in his responsibilities to the people of Dominica and even Ross University itself. But then again both Tony and Volney have shown us their uncanny ability to keep their feet in their mouth while they both pander for manna from Skerrit's platform.

It is also no surprise that Tony latched on to the idea of blaming Mia for Domestic interference as he understands very well, the fracas and distress that arises from one man or woman meddling in another person’s domestic affairs.

Now that the spins and excuses by the DLP hacks have fallen in the ocean of mortification and disgrace, PM Roosevelt Skerrit and his goons may want to reconsider their blaming plan and strategies. In order to sustain their legacy of lying to the people and not owning up to their responsibilities, then maybe they should engage the Maduro strategy of blaming America instead of Mia Mottley.

Make no mistake, blaming America for ROSSIT or RPK (Ross Pwen Kowir) could be the ideal excuse for Roosevelt Skerrit, as the American State Department may have many reasons to harbor ill-will towards Skerrit and his administration. In many ways Roosevelt Skerrit has shown that America is an enemy and has repeatedly snubbed US interest, both internationally and regionally. For example the US $2 Million dollars that was donated by the US for the construction of a coast guard base is unaccounted for; the facilitation of Alireza Monfared in the Iran sanction busting operation is yet another action that would have put Skerrit on the United States list of miscreants. Skerrit with his foolish disdain towards America has also flaunted his unwavering support for Maduro’s dictatorship.

But Skerrit has taken his haughtiness to levels that Dominicans everywhere should now be wondering whether ROSSIT goes way beyond the failure of the Skerrit administration to meet some basic infrastructural requirements. At this critical juncture it is imperative that the people of Dominica are aware off a serious incident at Douglas Charles Airport involving some US military personnel and Daniel Carbon.

At the behest of partner nations and both the Department of State and the U.S. Agency for International Development, the U.S. service members Joint Task Force - Leeward Islands (JTF-LI) landed at Douglas-Charles Airport in Dominica, Sept. 24, 2017. The JTF-LI set up an evacuation control center at the airport to evacuate U.S. citizens stranded on Dominica after Hurricane Maria. According to our very reliable sources Roosevelt Skerrit was not happy with the presence of the US military on the island and so he sent police commissioner Daniel Carbon to confront the US military personnel at the airport.

Daniel Carbon rushed to the airport to do as he was told. It is alleged that Daniel Carbon unleashed a verbal assault on the US military commander telling the commander in American dialect “ get the "F" out of here” and as he switched back into Dominican colloquialism he shouted at the military commander” All you come with nothing and saying all you want to establish border control , come out from there man.” After the confrontation the US task commander humbly took down the American flag and relocated his men and equipment to another section of the airport. By all accounts soon after the US military moved from that one particular location at the Airport ,the Venezuelan and Palestinian military were allowed to set up their base at the same location previously occupied by the US military.

The incident did not just end there- obviously the US commander would have had to refer the matter to his superiors. Our sources revealed that on the following day high level US diplomats accompanied by some Canadian officials landed at the Douglas Charles Airport and immediately boarded a helicopter that took them to the Windsor Park Stadium for a meeting with the government authorities.

As to what happened from there on is anybody’s guess however many of us will remember that during Skerrit’s first post Maria's broadcast he failed to acknowledge the US support and many on social media were wondering why was that so when it is customary that the US government would be among the first on the scene particularly when so many US citizens at Ross were stranded on the island at the time.

Skerrit’s repetitious aggression and snobbish attitude towards the US authorities introduces many questions. As to why it is that Skerrit has been snobbish to the US is open to worthy speculations however there is no way that the US would be happy with the nefarious activities that have emanated from the Roosevelt Skerrit administration – the money laundering, diplomatic passport sales, the unscrupulous Citizen By Investment vetting program, the NG Lap Seng scandal, Iran/Monfared Sanction Busting subvention , a conduit for Venezuelan money laundering and the allegedly permissiveness for Venezuelan drug cartel operation.

The question that is billowing in the public domain at this point is -whether ROSSIT denudes some type of discreet US sanctions on Dominica and Roosevelt Skerrit in particular? We have no evidence to suggest that ROSSIT may be a result of US sanctions however we take keen interest in one of PM Skerrit's statement during his ROSSIT address to the nation. He said “Ross tried their very best to remain in Dominica” and although he did not say that his government did the same we can all be fair in assuming that PM Skerrit would have fought to keep Ross on island in spite of his failure to make the environment conducive for Ross. So if both parties wanted the same thing then why is Ross gone? In simple terms - Was there a third party or force that determined the ROSSIT?

One thing for sure, that suspicious third party, if any, could not have been the “Novice” Mia Mottley. Let us see who or what the spinners will turn to now that all the other excuses have fallen on infertile soil and that Skerrit has asked his attack dogs to back off Mia Mottley.

To Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley

As a Dominican, let me say to my Barbados brothers and sisters, and particularly to PM Mottley, we recognize that this move by RUSM to Barbados is a tremendous loss to us and a boon to you. However, rest assured that it is untrue that the majority of Dominicans blame you for this move. We recognize that there are other issues at play.

First and foremost, our PM, Roosevelt Skerrit, we know to be a pathological liar. We also know that he is thoroughly incompetent in his job and this move falls squarely in his lap. RUSM has been requesting of Mr. Skerrit's government a number of improvements that will help them, their faculty and students but he has been brushing them off for quite a while. Whether it was as a result of negligence, incompetence, malfeasance, or just the good old 'taking for granted' habits of his administration, Mr. Skerrit failed to make the necessary improvements in the country, like air access. Mr. Skerrit has refused repeatedly to do anything whatsoever about the fact that it takes too long to get in and out of Dominica. It can take me two days to get into Dominica from Toronto and I would imagine, RUSM students and their visiting parents would experience similar circumstances flying in from the States. Ironically, these improvements would have been to the benefit of the island as well, significantly increasing its ability to market itself to the wider travel community. The facts will remain that when Mr. Skerrit should have been sitting down with the executives at Adtalem/RUSM, he did what a coward does best; he ran away and sent in subordinates to represent him. It must have been a disappointment to Mr. Skerrit, the narcissist that he is, when he discovered that his much-celebrated 'charm' and dimples were not enough to convince Lisa Wardell to keep RUSM in Dominica.

Secondly, Mr. Skerrit is surrounded by advisors who constantly give him bad advice, two of whom are Barbadians and are close advisors to PM Mottley as well, so that should give her pause. Hartley Henry and Avinash Persaud, and Charlie Jong (a new addition) have been close advisors to Skerrit and were undoubtedly aware of the goings on within the Skerrit government vis-a-vis RUSM. In this equation add the developers of the Coverley Village who just happen to be the recipients of a milti-million dollar no-bid contract to construct homes in Dominica; another close associate of Mr. Skerrit. It is not inconceivable that they would have whispered something in the ear of PM Mottley, which would make them crooks to Skerrit. Should that prove to be correct, I am still not going to blame PM Mottley because it is her job to secure investment for Barbados and to better the lives of its citizens. That Skerrit failed to do the same for our country is not a burden that PM Mottley and Barbadians should bear.

Lastly, in an effort to tamp down a groundswell of bad publicity, not to mention the negative political ramifications, Mr. Skerrit has thrust into the public square a disgraced former Trinidad Justice minister Herbert Volney, and his mouthpiece of Lebanese-descent, Senior Counsel Anthony Astaphan. Herbert Volney is a non-entity. Mr. Volney needs to explain the truth behind his firing by former PM Kamla Persad-Bissessar before he comes pontificating about anything. I implore you to dismiss Mr. Volney and his broadsides against PM Mottley and Barbadians as a whole. The same is true with Astaphan, who is more of a Senior Clownsel than a Senior Counsel. Mr. Astaphan is a political prostitute who would contort himself into whatever shape possible to suit a purpose. He is a vile individual who has called Dominicans of African decent who disagree with Mr. Skerrit 'cockroaches', 'garbage collectors', and 'kakadors', a pejorative creole word that describes black crayfish. Barbadians of African descent ought to prepare themselves for a verbal assault from Astaphan along similar lines.

It is clear to me that both individuals (along with a supporting cast of characters that includes Dominica's Ambassador to the United States Vince Henderson) are on a mission to save Mr. Skerrit from being voted out of office at the next general elections in Dominica, constitutionally due by the end of 2019. Senior Clownsel Astaphan will continue to prostitute himself in servitude to Mr. Skerrit. Disgraced minister Volney recognizes that the walls are crumbling around Skerrit; they have been for a while but Hurricane Maria has exposed this emperor even more and the RUSM departure is the proverbial 'nail in the coffin' for Dominicans. We know that Mr. Skerrit is considering changes in his cabinet should he win the next elections; is Mr. Volney positioning himself for a post? Maybe, you can never tell with this opportunist, and Mr. Skerrit is known to reward his defenders.

In closing, let me reiterate; the majority of Dominicans do not lay blame at the feet of PM Mottley for this turn of events. We know that our own government and its inaction have been complicit, resulting in this move by RUSM to Barbados. We will continue to keep the pressure on the Skerrit government.

To: Prime Minister Skerrit

Dear PM Skerrit;

Please ask your Minister that abused the National Security apparatus over the weekend for his veyaeing to resign with immediate effect.

MiTC will soon be asking Roslyn Paul and the Ecclesiastical Minister to take their position on physical abuse of women, but the details coming from the sources sworn to secrecy is slow for the time being.

MiTC will shortly release the details of our investigation so sir please do your internal inquiries and find out which of your Ministers you should ask to resign with IMMEDIATE EFFECT. We promise not to release the file if he resigns because there are people needing some level of protection.

SKERRIT IS RUNNING SCARED

Roosevelt Skerrit is under serious pressure as Prime Minister of Dominica and he tried using the prostitution of Joseph Isaac to create much needed distraction. This distraction was short lived because he failed to gain momentum from this desperate move. In fact, genuine Labourites are even more disturbed by this coward action of their leader.

The issues are viciously building on Skerrit and he cannot run away from them. The World Bank money for Farmers and Fishers was blatantly used for vote buying. The Bank demanded a total audit and there are still many farmers and fishers who were politically victimized. The World Bank money for Small Businesses was rudely taken away from them. Thousands of small business owners went through the process hoping to be one of the 1500 owners to get $5376. But Skerrit insulted them by diverting the funds to road works in the East of Dominica.

The formation of the CREAD is not going on properly and Skerrit is being pressured by International Donors to include the Parliamentary Opposition in the process. Skerrit is calling for unity but is doing something totally opposite.

Skerrit is afraid to called a Meeting of the Parliament. It was last called on October 7, 2017 just to extend the State of Emergency. There are several matters that are in need of the intervention of Parliament. But Skerrit do not want members of the Parliamentary Opposition to debate on critical national issues.

Electoral Reform is a must and Skerrit knows that. 10 years and the government has failed to have reform for a voting population of just about 40,000 people. He cannot continue to deny the people free and fair elections. NO REFORM, NO ELECTION.

The distribution of building materials is too political and taking too long. Some ministers are upset because Hurricane season is around the corner and thousands of Dominicans are still under tarpaulins. He cannot continue to play party politics with building materials given to us by International governments and institutions to assist Dominicans to rebuild our homes. Some ministers are privately saying that they are against Skerrit wanting to build apartment buildings in rural communities where majority of the people own their land. The victims only need the government to assist them to repair their homes or help build new houses.

We are less than two months away from a predicted very active 2018 hurricane season and Skerrit has yet to see the commencement of work on our damaged infrastructure. Our road network is scary. The Office of Disaster Management (ODM) lacks the human resource capacity to successfully execute its mandate before, during and after a major hurricane. There are several communities without proper and safe hurricane shelters. After the devastation of Maria how can the government be so heartless?

Displaced residents from Petite Savanne rents are not being paid by the gov't and owners of rented houses are threatening to put residents out. The government has also stopped the paying displacement allowance to victims. The psychological and financial pressure is having serious effects on the affected people They are trying to have an audience with their Parl Rep, Kenneth Darroux but he is nowhere to be found.

International Agencies are raising serious awareness about the 12 parrots that were smuggled to Germany by Skerrit and his operatives. Stephen Durand was accused of leaking out the secret deal with Skerrit and Martin Guth and he was immediately sent on leave. Skerrit removed our national birds from their natural habitat and send them to Germany. Has the son of Minister Collin McIntyre who worked with the parrots at the Aviary in the Botanic Gardens received a three months scholarship to go to Germany to care for the birds?

ROSS University officials were on island recently to look at the Government’s progress on rebuilding our infrastructure and they were very disappointed. They said that there is no way that they are going to evacuate staff, faculty and students via sea again. It was too dangerous and the parents of the students panicked too much. The ROSS officials have been trying to meet with the Prime Minister and he ducked them once again. While the staff, landlords, DOMLEC and others are hoping for the earliest return of ROSS, Skerrit is playing hide and seek. Pure kindergarten babysitting nonsense.

The FIFA Fiasco with Francine Baron found its genesis at the last election of the Dominica Football Association that was politically hijacked by the desperate Labour Party. During the last DFA election the government sent a number of delegates to vote for Glen Etienne. There were the likes of Trevor Shillingford (chief architect), Thomas Kentish, Dirk St. Jean son of Petter St. Jean and a crew from Grand Bay. This was well orchestrated to prevent the DFA from being managed by people like Ronnie Isidore, Robertson Hypolite, Ibrahim Brohim, Phillip White, Clifford ‘Bala’ Celaire and others. That is why Senator Baron thought she could violate FIFA’s Statute 15(c) and pretended to be Glen Etienne, President of the DFA.

The construction of the Kempinski Hotel at Cabrits has stopped and the government has yet to inform the public about the true challenges being faced by this major project. Don't talk about the Moroccan Hotel. A total disgrace.

The five top cops of the Police Force are at loggerhead while making the force a total mess. Chief Daniel Carbon, Deputy Chief Davidson Valerie, Head of SSU Assistant Superintendent Lincoln Corbette, Superintendent Richmond Valentine and Superintendent Cuffy Williams are all mad at each other is one way or another. Williams is suing Valerie for an illegal looting search at his home. Corbette wrote a damning report on the incompetence of Carbon, Valerie and Valentine post Hurricane Maria and they are fuming. If these five guys egos clash in a room, bullets will fly. The removal of Pelham Jno.Baptiste as the head of the Immigration Department is another serious problem plaguing the Police Force. This brings to question, the signing and issuing of Dominican passports to rogues. Was Jno.Baptiste raising too many concerns?

The pending sentencing of former Dominican Diplomat and very good friend of Roosevelt Skerrit, Ng Lap Seng by US Courts is not going down well with the Dominican leader. There are also several international crooks who had or have Dominica’s diplomatic passports and are in trouble with the law. Skerrit is a key witness for former St Kitts PM Denzel Douglas who has a Diplomatic passport from Dominica and his matter is expected to be heard later this month. Skerrit attracts the most corrupt individuals around the world.

Roosevelt Skerrit plate is overflowing with current national issues and others issues because of his roguish attitude. Not even Lil Tony Astaphan can help him chew them down. In Fact most of them are choking him, that is why he wanted the distraction to breathe a little lighter. He can no longer hold Dominica and Dominicans in darkness. The wind of change is blow consistently over the land and the people are slowly wising up. No amount of calculated distraction can remove the wind behind our sails. Skerrit’s exit is on the horizon and his only choice is to bow out gracefully.

De Vet Mandingo

Sometimes, ignoring the utterances of dangerous men can give credence to their malicious submissions tailored towards destructive public digest. Senior Counsel Anthony Astaphan better known as Lil Tony keeps on thinking that he has every Dominican trapped in ignorance on his plantation because he pulls the puppet strings of Prime Minister, Roosevelt Skerrit. What absurdity!!

Lil Tony continues to use his House Slaves; lootah, Simeon Albert and gwo pwell magnet, Daryl Titre as his facilitators when he unleashes his racist and classist venom on Dominicans. Lil Tony sees Dominicans as peasants, so he denigrates us and put us against each other while he desperately tries to maintain his bourgeoisie status. His behavior is straight from the slavery hand book, to rule and conquer, but his resistance is drifting into impotence.

Let us dissect Lil Tony and show him for who he truly is. Lil Tony is of Arab extract and got a good foundation from his father’s hard work when he moved from Lebanon to Dominica in the mid 1900’s. Lil Tony spent 7 years at university doing a 5 year law program and was called to the bar in 1983 . He was made Senior Counsel in 1999 during the UWP Government. No question, he made a name for himself amongst the political elites in the OECS and got the politicians to pay him with state funds while they fought their own people.

Lil Tony is a chronic political parasite and will do anything to maintain his relevance. He has the audacity to attack accomplished Dominicans who came from humble beginnings but do not support his political rhetoric. Lil Tony simply hates black people who he can not control. The names of our brothers and sisters who continue to protect what is left of our beloved, Dominica are being dragged to the gutter by this racist man. He calls us cockroaches, kakadors, mosquitoes, pigs, jackasses, bastards and idiots. Lil Tony has an affinity for posteriors because in his usual drunkenness he said how many times that he would push his feet up the backsides of reputable Dominicans. How can an individual like speaks 99% of the time on behalf of Prime Minister Skerrit? This is not acceptable.

Lil Tony behaves like an estate owner with power and a tickler but a mandingo on his own estate has to penetrate through his domestic affairs. The Vet mandingo has castrated Lil Tony’s thoughts of standing firm in that department. In fact, a few years ago, his Purchased Half jumped a fence in Pottersville to prevent her Vet mandingo from working on another estate. Because of Tony’s deficiency with “Tickle Me Elmo”, his was nicknamed “Lil Tony.” He has tried every enlargement pills but they have only increased the frequency of his buccal diaherra.

Lil Tony is an advantageous, insensitive, racist twerp. Even our beautiful and innocent women he tried tarnishing their reputation. It is alleged that several years ago Lil Tony, cooked a pot of dog food with onions and green pepper to feed our unsuspecting young ladies ..in Newtown the ladies were teased and called Kal Kan, which is the brand name of the dog food. It is said that Lil Tony words to the ladies after he gave them the dog food were, “now you are real dogs.” How this man can be of us?

For a man to know and understand your daily struggles he has to live your struggles. Have you seen Lil Tony on the streets, in the ghetto, on the beach, at the funeral of our love ones, at social activities or at the supermarket? No!! But he is on the radio feeding hate to the public. While Dominicans are paying taxes at J. Astaphan & Co , he is preventing J. Astaphan & Co. from paying taxes the treasury of Dominica. How many Labour party ministers are trusting him? Lil Tony even spoke ill of PM Skerrit in January 2004, soon after the death Pierre Charles. Ask Ambrose George about Lil Tony, because “He knew”.

Lil Tony Astaphan does not like any of us, not even Krazy Tee. He only protects his selfish interest by using a few Dominicans to help peddle his dirty work. I hope that we all will unite against the racist savagery of Lil Tony and put a bridle on him once and for all.

$740,000 Annual Salary for CEO of Roosevelt's CREAD

Dominica's kleptomaniac Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit is at it again. Mr. Skerrit, always one to take advantage of an opportunity to enrich himself and foreigners while simultaneously impoverishing his citizens, seems to have found another avenue to pursue his criminal ways; CREAD.

Notwithstanding the fact that CREAD in its current format is illegal, Mr. Skerrit has found a way to ensure that, like the contract he awarded to his Bajan friends for the construction of his $18 million CBI bridge that really cost $10 million, he is going to source bulk of the staff necessary for the operation of CREAD from his pool of foreign friends. Within the tight circles of the Ministry of Finance, which Mr. Skerrit heads, an estimated budget of annual expenses for CREAD has been circulated, and we have obtained a copy from a highly credible source.

The government estimates that CREAD will cost US$4 million (EC$10.7 million) annually to operate, of which US$2.7 million (EC$7.3 million) goes towards salaries. Seventeen (17) persons are needed, per the estimate, of which only 4 positions are allocated to locals; an additional 3 could be hired, but that is not a guarantee. Mr. Skerrit even intends to bypass our local civil engineers, choosing to pursue the hiring of 4 foreigners instead with an annual salary of EC$470,000.00 each.

It will be interesting to see who Mr. Skerrit chooses to hire as CREAD's Chief Executive Officer. That individual is budgeted to earn a US$275,000 (EC$739,750) annual salary. Its Senior Finance Officer, who we will presume to be an experienced Accounting professional or Economist, is projected to earn US$200,000 (EC$538,000) annually. Surely Mr. Skerrit can find competent Accountants and Economists among us, can't he? We will see.

Fire Them!

Information reaching us tonight suggests that Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit intends to demand the resignation of two senior police administration officers; Commissioner Daniel Carbon and his deputy, Davidson Valerie. The presumed action by the prime minister stems from a review of the Police Force by a senior Jamaican officer. Here is the report we have received:

New Police Chief and Deputy Police Chief are to be sworn in soon as recommended.

The Jamaican Lieutenant Colonel tasked with reviewing the actions of the Police Force in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria left the island about 1:00p.m today 1st February 2018 and his final report has been delivered to the Prime Minister and the Minister of National Security. According to a source within the Police Force it is damning, asking for the Chief of Police and his Acting Deputy to demit office in public interest. The source can confirm that as he perused in tight jawed expectation the culmination of the dossier on an asinine, antiquated management of the Police force like stooges in a comedian show, don't blame the best description of the circus by the messenger.

The J.D.F Colonel's review of the Commonwealth of Dominica Police includes the following recommendations:

1. the Police Force needs major and immediate changes at the helm if they are to accomplish these basic tenets of National Security in enforcing the law, apprehending offenders, preventing crime, preserving the peace and providing services to the public;
2. the leadership of the force had no operational plan for a category five hurricane;
3. The Chief of Police only ordered Superintendent Richmond Valentine to prepare an operation order three days after Hurricane Maria;
4. The Chief of Police failed to take sound advice from his Gazetted officers prior to and after the hurricane;
5. The Chief of Police is not to be trusted as he attempted by action to post date an operation order in complicity with the Superintendent of operations;
6. The Chief of Police displayed poor leadership in a briefing at Police Headquarters by instructing police officers "Do not put yourself in trouble for people looting after a hurricane."
7. He ordered the S.S.U to remain at Morne Bruce and after the hurricane most of them went home rather than being deployed to secure the city of Roseau;
8. By complicit action or and inaction of the Chief of Police, police officers permitted the looters to ravage the city of Roseau ceaselessly for two consecutive weeks and took no action to enforce the laws of the land;
9. The Chief of Police displayed utter disregard and insolence to the Minister of National Security by refusing to sign 100 legitimate curfew passes for emergency and essential services personnel;
10. The eventual deployment of Police officers were primarily unsupervised, matrix-like and juniors were left dangerously and riskily unattended which caused the contentious and unjustified death of a young man at Fond Cole;
11. No alternative emergency communication method, system or network was put in place for a monster hurricane.

But the Acting Deputy did not escape the Colonel's recommendations as he recommends that the post of Deputy is above his capacity by his own actions and inaction in the post, as he did not advise, support or recommend to the Chief of Police on the following;

(a) on a human resource audit
(b) on operation plan prior and post Hurricane Maria
(c) Emergency communication system.
(d) Poor Advice and Directive on investigations of the looting at Roseau.
(e) the ineffective and lackadaisical investigations of the shooting death of the Fond Cole youth a Fond Cole for a generator.

Not surprising that the Colonel strongly advocates in his recommendations that the force is severely deficient in upper level management and that in the future, positions must be filled on the basis of preparedness, transition planning and capacity. Additionally, information has revealed that a former Chief of Police is to return to head the Police Force and the head of the C.I.D to be his deputy as Daniel Carbon and Davidson Valerie demits office.

Johnno is a No No?

As we meander our way towards the next General Election, constitutionally due at the end of 2019, there seems to be some backstabbing going on in the Castle Bruce constituency. A well-placed source in the Labour Party indicate that Agriculture Minister Johnson Drigo is on the outs. Roosevelt Skerrit appears to dislike Johnno and is surreptitiously bad-mouthing him to close associates.

Skerrit does not have a high opinion of his agriculture minister. He is reportedly considering replacing him with either current UN Ambassador Loreen Bannis-Roberts or lapdog Austelle Lockhart, last seen "helping" himself to medical supplies from Douglas-Charles airport that belonged to a volunteer group shortly after the passage of Hurricane Maria. To this day, the whereabouts of these supplies remain a mystery.

Our source indicated to us that Skerrit may be dissatisfied with Ms. Bannis-Roberts' abilities at the United Nations, leaving the responsibilities of representing us to Paolo Zampolli, our "Ambassador for Oceans and Seas". Ms. Bannis-Roberts was recently seen contorting herself on the Castle Bruce beach, picking up driftwood and other pieces of garbage strewn across the sands, a job she seems to be far better qualified to perform. Rumor has it that Skerrit has Philbert Aaron in mind to replace Bannis-Roberts.

The beginning of the year 2017 provided some transformative events in Dominica’s politics. The CBS 60 minutes expose gave international attention to the roguish traits of PM Skerrit and his administration. Less than two months after the CBS 60 minutes report Ali Reza Monfared ,one of PM Skerrit's many dodgy diplomat was picked up by Interpol. Following these very historic events the Roosevelt Skerrit regime and its henchmen sort to crucify anyone who was willing to speak out against the despotic and criminal disposition of the regime. Instead of declaring a mea culpa the Dominica government and its henchmen sort to destroy the opposition leader and anyone that was willing to speak out against government misconduct.

Skerrit’s henchmen argued that critics of the government were washing Dominica’s dirty laundry in the international domain. A simple search of Pedro Fort or 8 Copthall brings more embarrassment than we can bare yet Belle Ti Couchon Clarence and company are trying to discredit MiTC.

Not only did we want the government to take responsibility for the unprecedented international embarrassment, we also wanted to flush out all criminals that were being harbored by the corrupt Roosevelt Skerrit regime. We know for a fact that once we introduced Pedro Fort as an alleged criminal hiding out and operating under the protection of the government, Pedro Fort and his many lawyers were very uncomfortable. We have noted on more than one occasion that one of Pedro Fort’s lawyers was so perturbed that he suggested the use of Russians to hack MiTC.

We also observed various financial activities that appear to be acts of desperation. There was the purchase of the Cable and Wireless building in Portsmouth and the desultory setup of a bank at that building in Portsmouth. Shortly after the building was purchased the bank operation at that building was shut down and the building was up for sale. We also took special note on the fact that Pedro sold his property in Weston ,Florida and according to the SEC indictment millions of dollars were transferred to banks in Dominica.

We are also aware that one lawyer allegedly receiving payment of over $250,000 for the cable and wireless building transaction. We understand that Pedro’s many lawyers are very nervous and there is quite a bit of back stabbing going on among the lawyers. The details we will not reveal at this moment.

We have also been monitoring the movements and whereabouts of Pedro Fort. We reported on that suspicious jet flying in and out of Dominica. It is also worth noting that the SEC complaint makes special notice of Pedro’s lavish spending on chattered jets – approximately US $800,000.

We now want to ask the Dominica government “adminis traitors”- where is Pedro Fort Berbel at this moment? Did the government and the “Dunce” lawyer help Pedro Fort “pwen kowir?” just like they did for Monfared?

A few months before hurricane Maria we noticed that the guy who usually fly private jet ,Pedro Fort had been avoiding Dominica. The hurricane Maria destroyed Pedro’s property in Mero and Pedro is yet to return to check on his property.Our Spanish Blogging affiliate Raul Paisanos have told us that Pedro’s Columbian assistants/ associates in Dominica are now at the point of distress and feeling abandoned. It appears that Pedro keeps promising the Columbians that he is returning but never shows up .The Columbians are now saying to our affiliate Raul Paisanos that Pedro is returning to Dominica either in January or February. We are monitoring the activities at Pedro's Catalonia Drive property in Mero. Did Pedro Fort Berbel Pwen Kowir like Ambrose or did he take off in Monfared like fasion.

The extended absence of Pedro Fort does raise a lot more logistical questions and maybe his main lawyer and passport selling protagonist Duncan Stowe may have answers to the following question- after all it is only logical that we asked Duncan Stowe the questions as Pedro Fort’s businesses and business operations are under Duncan Stowe’s office address 58 River Bank Roseau Dominica.

Although lawyers like Kondwani Williams and Laurina Vidal are now in some hot water because of their involvement with Pedro Fort, there are several online reports alleging that Duncan Stowe is the real McCoy handling Pedro Fort’s financing. It is also alleged that while in Dominica Pedro would not leave his finger prints on any financial transaction – his lawyers handled all his transactions.

So while Pedro is avoiding Dominica (pwen Kowir) we do have some legitimate questions for the government ministers and if Duncan Stowe care to respond we will welcome his generosity.
