What we see happening in Dominica today is that anyone wanting to be on the wrong side of the law and still get protection from law enforcement must become part of Skerrit’s Casa Nostra crime organization - in the words of the disgraceful Alix Boyde Knight “If you are not DLP red you are better off dead “ 

In  a drug related case involving 190,000 grams of cocaine ($5 Million street value), the magistrate overseeing the case was forced to dismiss the case for want of prosecution. After a public outcry we can report that government authorities asked magistrate Bernard Pacquette to provide a report and an apology for his decision. He refused too. Today Magistrate Pacquette has been benched from the bench- his contract was not renewed and is currently unemployed. We can also report that a Labor Party hack, Senior Police officer Bruno is positioned to take up the duties of magistrate where Pacquette presided.

It was reported in the Nature Island News that “during the trial, when the exhibits were submitted and admitted into evidence the signature of the presiding magistrate should have been on the documents, but it was discovered that it was not and as a result the defense argued that the exhibits are not used as evidence in the case”. What the public is unaware off is that during the arraignment the magistrate did sign off on the exhibits and on two occasions thereafter the magistrate has had to resign the document after the documents mysterious appeared on file without his signature. It appears that someone or some people were bent on sabotaging the case and on the day of the court hearing the documents again appeared without the require signature.

Magistrate Pacquette got snubbed not only because he dismissed the drug case but because he won't play ball with the Skerrit criminal administration. According to well-placed sources within the court system magistrate Pacquette had been asked to consult with government authorities before making decisions that could embarrass the sitting administration. For example, Magistrate Pacquette sentenced the rogue chairman of the Vielle Case village council and right-hand man of PM Skerrit to prison for violating a protection order. Since then, Pacquette had been centered on the chopping block.

Like in every other criminal organization to become a full member of Dominica's Casa Nostra , a state sponsored criminal organization absolute loyalty is required. Pacquette who is a US citizen had been labeled by opposition supporters as another acolyte of the DLP crime syndicate, when he was hired for the job. No surprise on the part of the opposition supporters since it is the MO of the DLP administration to have absolute control of critical public institutions. It turned out that Pacquette did not allow himself to become a full-time instrument of the Skerrit administration.  

An alleged second warning letter from the US authorities on Emannuel Nanthan’s money laundering activities may have resulted in the removal of Nanthan from the leadership position of Dominica’s corruption plagued Citizenship By Investment program(CBI). Sources within the inner circles of the DLP administration noted that after a first warning letter Nanthan allegedly continued with his trade mark money laundering activities.

The removal of Nanthan from the leadership position of the CBI program is really a move of  “ gwo va petit la pluie “(translated – big wind and little rain.) The rain is with Skerrit and MMCE the Paul that Sings the song of Sargasso House etc. Since his removal from the CBI program, Nanthan has been saying that he was not really in charge of the CBI program. To some extent Nanthan is correct because the money laundering plagued CBI program is way bigger than Emmanuel Nanthan's self serving activities. When we consider the Billions of dollars from CBI revenues that cannot be properly accounted for between the PM Skerrit and his preferred CBI agent Anthony Haiden of MMCE and the billions laundered through a web of nefarious hotel developers , Emmanuel Nanthan’s money laundering operation is just a keyhole view into the corruption the scandalous CBI program .

Emmanuel Nanthan had a boss in PM Skerrit and it was commonplace that as head of the CBI program, Emmanuel Nanthan had been very much associated with money laundering activities that were detrimental to the CBI program, yet his boss PM Skerrit kept him as the front man for the CBI program -even after clear evidence of Nanthan’s money laundering activities. We have shared evidence and receipts of money laundering activities between Nanthan and dodgy diplomat Alireza Monfared. We also know of a West Indies cricket official who last year was interrogated at an airport in Florida and the line of questioning was based on activities related to Emmanuel Nanthan. A few years ago, over a million dollars came into a personal account for Emmanuel Nanthan at the former Scotia Bank in Dominica and when flagged as a suspicious activity, Nanthan admitted that the money was proceeds from passport vending activity. It is also well known that his friend senior counsel Alick Lawrence allegedly intervened on Nanthan’s behalf.

As expected, Skerrit apologists are trying to explain Nanthan’s CBI money laundering activities as isolated or insulated from PM Skerrit’s overall control of the CBI program, but it is also well known that Nanthan and Skerrit are conveniently join at the hips. and are partners in crime- real crime .

Baby Sarah abusive daddy is back on our radar. 

The removal of Nanthan as head of the CBI program may have been forced by the US authorities but if PM Skerrit wants us to believe that Nanthan’s expulsion from the CBI program is an effort towards the cleanup of corruption, we would also like the PM Skerrit or rather we dare the PM to get rid of the unelected Minister of National Security Rayburn Blackmoore. Not for the physical abuse of Baby Sarah and her mom but for a racketeering scheme that Blackmoore is running with the visa program for Haitian nationals.

 It would serve the police well to first go arrest a gentleman by the name of Ronald from Vielle Case. We understand that Ronald is closely related to PM Skerrit, some people have indicated to us that he may be a half-brother to PM Skerrit. Ronald and Rayburn Blackmoore are in partnership on a program whereby visas are being sold to Haitian Nationals. What we have seen is that Blackmoore as Minister of National Security is personally responsible for approving those visa applications and separate from the government application fees that the Haitians Nationals must pay to the treasury there is a US $2000-3000 fee that is allegedly collected and shared between Ronald and Blackmoore.

Also from what we have seen the Blackmoore and Ronald Haitian visa racketeering is a well-organized scheme involving a few Haitians in Dominica working with agents in Haiti who are recruiting Haitians for Dominica visa. 

After having seen evidence of Blackmoore and Ronald’s Haitian Visa scheme we reached out to a source within the DLP administration who said to us “ this is no surprise nor real secret among people in the know–my brother just imagine the minister of national security is directly responsible for approving and signing visas my brother ? “ The source went on to state that Blackmoore having exclusive control of the Haitian so called Farm Development program was part of the agreement that would keep Blackmoore subdued after getting unceremoniously discarded by Skerrit’s 2022 reset agenda. Accoding to the source PMSkerrit is fully aware of the scheme involving his alleged brother and Rayburn Blackmoore.

 When we did the Baby Sarah expose the DLP administration decided that it was more important to investigate MiTC and the source(s) of the information rather than the actual crime committed by Rayburn Blackmoore, we are once again providing credible information to the Dominica Police Investigation Unit and just in case Blackmoore and Agouti gang decide to come after MiTC –Blackmoore in particular should know very well that MiTC is full of surprises.

After reading the DNO article it was clear that the reporter took utmost care in not revealing any information about the promoters in Dominica and I could be wrong but it sure seems like yet another instance of journalism in fear of government officials or journalism kowtowing to the kleptocrats and imposters operating as government officials. 

Here it is plain and simple - The Prince Swanny Easter Bash was a Melissa Poponne Skerrit promotion. We spoke to sources in Trinidad who themselves are involved in the entertainment business and we were told that Melissa Poppone Skerit allegedly paid Prince Swanny US $50,000 for the Easter Saturday night event. We also understand that the price tag to attend the event was $300 per person. ( You are welcome DNO)

We could do the obvious and start asking questions such as – where does this kind of money come from yet so much poverty in Dominica? Didn’t Melissa know about Prince Swanny’s thuggery and criminal investigations, but we have become ostriches with our heads buried in the sand, and singing "I cyan see what I doh want to see, I cyan know what I doh wanna know "   

Ooops I forgot – thuggery and “gangsterism” is what Melissa promotes.

According to our sources in Trinidad, due to Prince Swannys legal problems he should not have been on a flight to Dominica but somehow, he and his traveling crew allegedly pulled of a well-planned last-minute ticket acquisition at the port of embarkation. The alleged last minute ticket purchase did not give the authorities enough time to notice that Prince Swanny was on the move.

By the time Prince Swanny arrived in Dominica there was already a call from law enforcement Barbados notifying the Immigration authorities in Dominica that Prince Swanny was a wanted man and should immediately be sent back to Trinidad and Tobago.

 Kudos to the immigration department at the Douglas – Charles Airport ,they complied with the repatriation request. Unlike the immigration department at the ferry terminal who knew that Alireza Monfared was on the run and yet laid down the red carpet for him, the immigration officials at Douglas Charles stood their ground and did not allow fugitive Prince Swanny to deplane even as he touted his US $50,000 contract with the PM’s wife Melissa Skerrit and also in spite of the many  calls from Melissa Skerrit herself demanding that Prince Swanny be granted entry into Dominica

It is said that “A scapegoat remains effective as long as we believe in its guilt” With all that is happening in Dominica at this point does anyone believe that the so called “tidal surge or what is now trending “the Swell “is responsible for the embarrassing gas shortages in Dominica?  

There is no doubt that the embarrassing gas shortage is the result of the Skerrit DLP maladministration and the crippling economic crisis that the administration has created in Dominica. (If you don’t believe me ask Yvor Nassief)

Verily, it is no secret that the Rubis Company who was responsible for importing and storing 50-60 % of the imported gas on island have had to terminate it’s operation in Dominica after years of sustained losses. One may ask how Rubis cannot make money when gas sells.  The truth is government strong-arm tactics allow the government to make all the money of the imported gas and the importers are very often left with just a few cents per gallon; sometimes even in the negative based on wholesale market prices.

The unwillingness on the part of the government to cut back on its $3.60 /gallon share on the imported gas made it very difficult for the Rubis Company to survive elevated importation cost. The most grueling aspect of it all is that Rubis would have to pay that $3.60/gallon cost upfront irrespective of the buying price and in the classic con man fashion Prime PM Skerrit would promise to help Rubis recoup millions of dollars in loses but would never come thru with his promises.  Instead, he turns around and accuse Rubis of excess profiteering. Even at one point requesting access to the company’s books. Ironic when we the people are totally in the dark with our CBI revenue but that is for another day.

Just for context consider the fact that the very same PM Skerrit mysteriously returned over $9 Million of tax revenue to the notorious Dominica Strong Company, after the company had paid the due taxes.  Most people would want to find out why he gave back the money to this mysterious company and rightfully so but this is for another discussion on conflicting interest and recurring government corruption. The point of concern here is that if Skerrit could do so for Dominica Strong which was a Fly by Night ,"Tu sho Tu Flam" company why not show the same urgency for the Rubis company, a company that provided employment for a few hundred Dominicans and responsible for the importation and storage of roughly 60% of our gas on island.

Is it Leadership that matters or ego, self- enrichment and buffoonery?

During the gas shortage episodes in early November 2022, we reported on an incident in October whereby a vessel delivering gas to Dominica's Petro Caribe operation had to return because the government could not meet the strict payment requirements by the seller –whoever the seller was it was cash on delivery. Hmmmm. We also exposed the wanton waste and corruption at the Petro Caribe operation in Gimmit. We stand by our reporting. 

In response to the resulting gas shortage at the time, PM Skerrit took a quick trip out of Canefield Airport. Our sources indicate that the trip involved a stop in Venezuela and a stop in Barbados to deal with December 6 election campaign matters. A few days after Skerrit left Dominica a ship came in to deliver fuel to the Petro Caribe operation in Dominica.

Since then, we received an exclusive notification to pay close attention to the fuel coming to Dominica's Petro Caribe operation via Trinidad. According to our sources Dominica Petro Caribe program may be receiving gas from a Venezuelan smuggling program and routed out of Trinidad. In fact, Since the November crisis MiTC is aware of at least one delivery that came from the Venezuelan gas smuggling program.

 Under the U.S sanctions, companies and governments must obtain authorization from the US Department of Treasury to conduct any kind of business with Venezuelan State Run oil company PDVSA.

 In late October Reuters reported that the government of Trinidad & Tobago had been making follow up requests to the United States to authorize Venezuelan gas imports. According to Reuters “Trinidad's past requests for US approval have gone unanswered, but the US Biden administration’s willingness to ease some sanctions on Venezuela if President Maduro and the Opposition progress in talks for a presidential election “

“The man who continually searches for a scapegoat, in the end shall become the shepherd of his own isolation with no one to blame but himself” It is now seven (7) straight days of a grueling gas shortage on island and the man who says “money is no problem is unable to get at least an emergency delivery of gasoline on the island. The man who willy nilly spends 30-40 million dollars rigging elections in Dominica and on a quick wink willing to pay an exorbitant amount of money to hire Burna Boy,he cannot come thru for the people at the point where national security is on the brink.

The Desperate Need To Find our Moral Conscience.

Saving face is one game but distorting facts is another. The 10,500 free tickets issued to the ruling Dominica Labor Party supporters for the World Creole Music Festival (WCMF) may have boosted the image of the event, but this free ticket blitz tells us one thing and one thing only- Without the free ticket blitz the people on island could not afford to attend the events; local patronage of the world creole music festival would have been disastrous and a major embarrassment or indictment of the current government administration. The free ticket blitz is an indication of an economy in trouble

In as much as we would like to keep talking about the impact of the free ticket blitz on the future of the WCMF and the management thereof there is something about the ongoing fuel shortage on island that the people of Dominica should know about before they come lying to you.

A few weeks ago, the vessel delivering the fuel for the former Petro Caribe operation arrived with a consignment of fuel, but the fuel supplier demanded cash transfer as opposed to a check. According to our reliable sources the government checks have not been reliable. In other words, the government who is responsible for the operation has not been good with paying the fuel supplier.

The story with the fuel vessel does not end there though. We can also confirm that a Petro Caribe employee had been suspended without pay after allegedly telling the vessel operator that they can leave port because the government cannot meet the demand for a cash transfer. Mag wais Ca. 

So how it is then that the former Petro Caribe operation supplying fuel to island cannot pay their bills? Well, we can confirm that there is widespread racketeering taking place at the former Petro Caribe operation. First of all, the government ministers and other members of cabinet are able to fill-up their tanks free of charge. But we know how these hungry hyenas operate. Some fuel dispensing logs at the Petro Caribe site show that ministers of government receiving full tanks of fuel up to 7and 8 times a day. According to sources close to the Former Petro Caribe operation, when a minister’s name is logged in 8 times in one day it’s because Parl Reps have been sending people to fill up their tanks free of charge all day long- we are talking buses, trucks, cars, rentals included, motorbikes and fisher folks showing up with tanks for their outboard motors.

The week leading up to the creole festival saw an added spike in free fuel dispensation. Even diasporas with rented vehicles came in for free gasoline

For those who didn’t know, the managing director of the Petro Caribe fuel supply operation is the disgraced former minister of government Ian Pinard. According to people within the DLP circle Ian Pinard who was fired from the Skerrit cabinet for an alleged sexual interference with an underage girl is allegedly way to busy building his hotel with two swimming pools up in the heights of Point Mitchell.

Although we have not seen Ian Pinard’s name on the CBI website as a registered CBI agent, we cannot confirm whether or not Pinard’s hotel construction is being financed by revenues from the CBI program. If not almost hotels on island are now being financed by the CBI program

We were told that whenever Pinard is informed of the alarming number of My Parl Rep referrals showing up for free gas and diesel at the facility, his only reaction is -“ Boy them fellas there not easy eh” but then he has no choice but to capitulate.

A great deal of resources can be squandered in perpetuating ignorance when the need for illusion is deep. While the people of Dominica begged for a relief at the pump station, the hyenas refuse to budge. Now we know why- the Petro Caribe operation could not pay their bills.  

The WCMF free ticket blitz and the free gas scandal at Petro Caribe elicits salient questions on the state of the economy and the level of poverty. With that in mind there is one question that we have been waiting to ask the Prime Minister and his administration.

Prime Minister Skerrit is it true that in order to keep American Airline operating in Dominica an arrangement was made with the airline to subsidize the flight coming into Dominica?

Let it be known that we are asking in the interest of transparency not because we think it’s a bad idea. The people of Dominica need to know the truth.   

It is a well-known fact that the Dominica Police Force (DPF) is now a mere shadow of what it was more than 20 years ago. The once esteemed institution is now hijacked by “yes men and women of the ruling Dominica Labor Party- men and women primarily focus on protecting the interest of the ruling politicians. The upper echelon of the DPF is controlled by misfits operating as political mercenaries for ministers of government. Who can forget the MiTC’s Baby Sarah reporting where police subordinates were ordered to provide stakeout operation for Blackmore at the home of Baby Sarah’s mother?

The police recruitment process is hinged upon the “My Parl Rep Sent Me (MPRSM) “requirements – Young men and women are placed in the police recruitment programs simply because their Parliamentary Representatives say so- No Questions Ask.

With a DPF leadership so flawed and contaminated and a recruitment process so lackadaisical it is no wonder the DPF is plagued by scandals and incompetence. MiTC is aware of two current scandals that the DPF is currently trying to conceal.

In what sound like an episode straight from the Jerry Springer Show, two sisters (officer RabS 1 and officer RabS-2) who were stationed at the Police Headquarters in Roseau and one sister ended up stabbing the other over a sergeant. According to our sources both sisters shared a room at the headquarters at the time of the incident however they also unknowingly shared the same sergeant at the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).  Let’s just call him -Sargent EWUS (Eat Where U Shit).

Officer Rab S-1 who worked at CID allegedly walked into the room while the sister officer Rab S-2 was engaged in coitus with Sargent EWUS. A trial by combat ensued between the Rab S sisters. Officer Rab S -2 was stabbed, wounded and hospitalized

Yes weee, at the Police Headquarters it all happened. It would be pleasing to say that the incident is under investigation but as far as we know the incident was actually covered-up.  The wounded Sister Officer Rab S-2 was released from the hospital and immediately transferred to the Portsmouth police station

We expect these kinds of stories on the Jerry Springer show certainly not within the Dominica Police Force but let’s stick a pin in here because we will later find out that it is all because of the “My Parl Rep Sent Me (MPRSM) plague and the misfit ranking police officers that a Jerry Springer like episode was in play at the police headquarters.

MiTC is also following another incident with the Dominica Police Force. Our information suggests that a police officer allegedly impregnated a 12 year old at a school in Portsmouth. We understand that the officer was arrested however this is not his first rodeo with underage girls, allegedly. Sources close to the DPF informed us that another similar matter involving that same officer was dismissed for want of prosecution as the family of the underage victim was not interested in moving forward with the case.

When corruption meets incompetence and dysfunctionality.

With the widespread corruption and political meddling within the Dominica Police force, it was off no surprise to us that police officers Rab S-1, Rab S-2 and the alleged pedophile officer all share one thing in common. All three officers are products of the MPRSM method of police recruitment. All three officers came from the Cottage constituency and were sent to the recruiting station by Reginald Austrie. Our sources have indicated that none of these officers met the police recruit requirements – not even an O-Level subject allegedly. The only qualification is that all three are children of parents who support the Labor Party in Reginald Austrie’s Cottage constituency.

We also understand that Sargent EWUS ( Eat Where U Shit) who was playing “Doh Paw 2” with officers Rab S-1 and Rab S-2 he rose to the rank of sergeant not by merit but by Skerrit.

In a recent reporting by Carlisle John Baptist on the dismal performance of the Dominica Police Force (DPF) I thought that Mr. John Baptist went off the rails when he told Mathias Peltier that the Minister responsible for the DPF is not to be blamed for a severely dysfunctional police force.  I am still waiting on Carlisle to tell us who is responsible for the disastrous leadership and lowest quality of police recruits within the DPF but alas even the once outspoken independent journalist has become a victim of the political intimidation and the debilitating dependence syndrome.

To Carlisle and others who think that the problems with the police force can be solved by pretending that the problems don’t exist – conventional wisdom teaches “ A problem well-articulated and identified is a problem half solved” 

Last week we reported on telephone records that provided evidence of a coordinated effort between the British –Indian kidnappers and members of the Dominica Police Force for the Mehul Choksi kidnapping operation. Just imagine what criminals do when the evidence is damning and there is nowhere else to hide- some start singing like canaries hoping to catch a break. 

With the British –Indian kidnappers cooperating the Scotland Yard investigators are on the move. We can confirm that Scotland Yard investigators were in Dominica by Thursday of last week.    

Our information also suggests that from the song the cooperating British - Indian kidnappers are singing – huge sums of money were paid off to officials in Dominica, to include high ranking police officers in the Dominica police force.

"The wheels of justice is slow but it grinds fine” and all those responsible for the abduction and torture of Mehul Choksi should be concern. By virtue of the Universal jurisdiction act, the Scotland Yard is entitled to investigate, to arrest and prosecute persons accused of crimes, regardless of where the alleged crime was committed, the nationality of the accused or residence. The crime of abduction and torture is at the top of the list of crimes under the Universal jurisdiction act.

As the wheels of justice turns the fine grounds are beginning to fall at the feet of the criminals within the Dominica Police force. With the serious accusation of torture and kidnapping, no "Styrofoam" judges from the Eastern Caribbean Court system, no parking ticket caliber attorney general, no flimsy public prosecutor or shysters in Dominica can nolle pros the pursuit of justice under the Universal jurisdiction act.

The police officers who provided false statements and even those who did not, will have to testify under oath and from what we know at this point the investigators are in possession of very damning information. For example, all the phone records between the British –Indian abductors and the coconspirators within the Dominica Police force- Corbett in particular. 

What a Jacka*** -How dumb can a senior police officer be to use his phone while participating in an illegal act. He even went further to identify himself to the kidnapped victim at the Cabrits landing.

MiTC was also the first to report that PM Skerrit had been strategically located at the Kempinski Hotel to coordinate the Dominica leg of the extra rendition. Our information at this point suggest that Scotland Yard is also aware of the coordination activities between the Kidnapping gang of the Dominica Police force, the PM and one of Skerrit’s Passport selling promoters; a gentleman of Indian descent. This gentleman was also stationed at the Kempinski Hotel and allegedly played a very significant role in the planning and execution of the Mehul Choksi kidnapping operation.

Based on other information that we can’t share on the investigation at this point, we urge those police officers who chose to cover up for Corbette, Blackmore and the Prime Minister, speak the truth. The investigators are already ahead of the game and know a lot.

Scotland Yard may also want to talk to police officer Earl Luis who had accompanied Lincoln Corbette on the Choksi abduction mission. Officer Earl Luis (MG-22. Maniku Gang #22) was the courier providing updates to Skerrit and that passport promoter at the Kempinski Hotel. 

We should also add – Mehul Choksi’s lawyer is unrelenting.
