  1. In the interest of justice for the victims which should be of paramount concern in all of this I think even if you are over seas you should refraine from posting pictures and stop the name calling of the accused in this matter. Dominicans at home away accessing fb social media and it appears that you are giving the legal system an opportunity to dismiss this case. I am aware of your post regarding being off shore but please consider the victim and stop this practice and even pull down this post.Just an advice

    1. I agree; however, a crime was committed. Whether pictures are posted, or not, the case(s) should not be dismissed/dropped because the CYCLE will NEVER END. THEY SHOULD BE EXPOSED. If at any time the case(s) is/are dismissed/dropped, this would be CONFIRMATION that Dominica clearly has NO LAWS in place to protect VICTIMS.

  2. I wonder if BBC or CNN or even Caribbean News Now had written this article if they would be asked to pull down their post or told that they are hindering justice in Dominica. This is being asked of MIC because we assume that this is being done by Dominicans so we should hold each other to a different standard than foreigners. I can bet that MIC is now getting thousands of hits from people looking for info on this case. Dominicans are starved for information which is controlled by archaic laws. MIC is breaking the mold. Time to revisit the 1998 sexual offenses act.

  6. to the adminstrators
please refrain from publishing person's name. due to the naure of the case, the sexual act of Dominica refrains any publication of the accused until a verdict is given. So please get serious and hire a legal team or familarize yourselves with the law of Dominica before you abitrarily publish illegal information..You were warned of matt in the morning..take some tips from a more professional publishing site such as DNO and please stop doing this
